RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of May 29, 2020, Ricons and Apec Group held the ground-breaking ceremony of the Apec Mandala Wyndham Mui Ne project at DT716, Hoa Thang commune – Mui Ne, City. Phan Thiet. Planned on an area of 4.5ha, the project includes 2 27-storey condotel towers with 2,772 apartments. The architecture of the two towers is leveled according to the sandy terrain and inspired by the ancient Cham culture – Poshanu Cham tower. In the role of general contractor, Ricons will carry out structural, finishing and M&E installation for the whole project.
