On October 16, 2019 morning at Dai Phuoc Island, Dong Nai, Ricons together with the Investor SwanCity started the construction of Swanbay La Maison Project. Participating in the project, Ricons will construct 249 villas within 13 months.
Addressing at the ceremony, Mr. Ho Van Thao – Deputy General Director of Ricons asserted: “As one of the leading construction companies in Vietnam and the partner associating with SwanCity in many recent years, Ricons has coordinated with the Investor to create many impressive highlight in the East of Saigon.
Therefore, with the professional experience and capacity, Ricons is confident to continue to successfully deploy and exceed the expectation of the Investor in this project”.
Swanbay La Maison is considered “the Heart of Upper-Class Island”. Located in the center of Swanbay pearl island, the project has French style on an area of 37 ha, with European-styled commercial streets.
