RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
In the early days of 2022, the continuous launches of new projects created an exciting vibe at Ricons. Following a series of projects that started at the beginning of the week, on the morning of January 21, Ricons held the groundbreaking ceremony of The Habitat Binh Duong – Phase 3.
The Habitat Binh Duong is developed by VSIP Development Company Limited – Sembcorp Gateway, including 3 phases, 11 towers with a total area of 4 hectares. Continuing the success of phases 1 and 2, Phase 3 is positioned as a high-end apartment line offering green space, strict security and many utilities in the center of Thuan An City. Accordingly, Phase 3 includes 6 towers of 16-18 storeys each.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Quang Vinh, Deputy General Director of VSIP-Sembcorp Gateway, said: “We always hold high standards in selecting and working with only prestigious partners, especially construction contractors.
