On the morning of January 24, 2024, Ricons commenced construction on the Office Building project, located at a prime location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, at 63 Cao Thang, District 3. The project is built on a land area of 1,028m2, comprising 4 basement levels, 14 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 11,200m2, developed by Betrimex Company as the investor. In this project, Ricons undertakes the role of the General Contractor, with a deployment period of 14 months.
The 63 Cao Thang Office Building is constructed according to LEED Gold standards – one of the highly reputable green building standards, ensuring strict compliance with energy and environmental criteria. Upon completion and operation, the 63 Cao Thang Office Building will ensure the appropriate allocation of green spaces, which are environmentally friendly and conducive to human health.
