On the morning of May 24, 2023, Ricons solemnly hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for the Multi- level School within the Manor Central Park Urban Area project (Dwight School Hanoi), at The Manor Central Park high-class urban area, Dai Kim ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi. Following the success of The Manor Central Park urban area, Ricons is collaborating with investor Bitexco on the next project.
Dwight School is a leading Baccalaureate School. Accordingly, Dwight School Hanoi is proud to bear the legacy of the Dwight school system’s 150-year educational development history.
Built on an area of more than 32,000 m2, the project includes 1 basement, 5 floors, open architecture, and luxurious and modern facilities. It is expected that after its completion, the Multi-level School within the Manor Central Park Urban Area project (Dwight School Ha Noi) will include classrooms with the most advanced technology, and a system of connected spaces of lobbies and halls, comprising the Spark of Genius Lecture Hall, the Technology and Design Center, the all-inclusive Marker Space Laboratory, the Black Box Theatre, the 800-seat Performing Arts Center, a 2,000-square-foot library, a pottery studio, a conservatory and music technology rooms, two large multi-purpose sports halls, and a water sports center.
The campus is allegedly an “architectural work of art” designed by Carlos Zapata – the world’s leading architect with iconic works. As a long-time and reputable partner in the field, Ricons continues to accompany the investor Bitexco in the role of the main contractor for the construction package.
