On the morning of July 3, 2026, Ricons officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for TT Genesis, located on 30M Road, Dao Su Tich Residential Area, Nha Be Commune, Ho Chi Minh City.
TT Genesis is invested and developed by the joint venture of TT Capital, Vietmax Capital, Cosmos Initia, Hinokiya Group, and Koterasu Group. Ricons is honored to be entrusted by the Investor to accompany the project as the General Contractor.

Developed on a 1.9-hectare site, TT Genesis features an outstanding amenity system with more than 8,000 square meters of outdoor facilities and 2,800 square meters of indoor facilities. The project comprises two 30-storey towers, two shared basement levels, more than 1,400 apartments, and 12 townhouses. The apartments range from 40 square meters to over 80 square meters, reflecting the joint venture’s consistent development vision for TT Genesis: to create quality, modern living spaces that meet the practical needs of urban residents.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Muoi, Operations Director of Ricons, affirmed: “With the project’s stringent requirements for quality standards and aesthetics, Ricons is committed to mobilizing our best people, equipment, and construction solutions to ensure safety, quality, and progress, contributing to a prominent new milestone in southern Ho Chi Minh City”.
