RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Recently, Ricons have held groundbreaking ceremonies for the body component of projects The Grand Manhattan and Victoria Village in Ho Chi Minh City. Developed by Novaland Group, these projects employ Ricons as the general contractor.
At The Grand Manhattan, Ricons completed the construction of the foundation and the topping out of the basements, in which basement B4 is one of the largest basements ever built in Ho Chi Minh City. Having a prime location in the heart of District 1 – at No. 100 on Co Giang Street, The Grand Manhattan commercial and residential complex is a prominent project in the area with a “million-dollar” view to becoming the iconic buildings of prosperous Saigon. On a total land area of 14,000 m2, the project includes three towers with four basements, each having 38 storeys and one rooftop.

In addition, the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction work on the body component of the Victoria Village project was also held by Ricons on the morning of January 18. Located in Thanh My Loi ward, District 2, the project has a scale of 4.2 ha, including four 25-storey towers. Previously, Ricons had also completed the foundation and the underground work of the project.

The launch of the next items at the projects has demonstrated Ricons’ commitment to the project owner in terms of progress and quality. The two projects are expected to be completed and handed over in 2023.
