RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
In the morning of March 15, 2019, construction groundbreaking commencement of the staff dormitory package under Fabric weaving factory project of Worldon (Vietnam) Company Limited – Stage II was hold with the presence of Ricons’ representatives, the Owner and partners and Steering committee.
The project is located at Dong Nam Industrial Park, Hoa Phu Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City. Ricons is the building contractor undertaking the construction of structural and completing 04 blocks of 4-storey named D-E-F-G of the dormitory, the barrage package and other auxiliary items.
The Owner of Worldon (Vietnam) Company Limited is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise under Shenzhou Group. The company is specialized in manufacturing and processing garment products for well-known international sports and entertainment brands in Europe, the USA and Japan. With more than 12,000 employees serving the company’s production, this dormitory of the company is invested in methodical and large-scale construction.
Ricons have been important partners with Worldon for many years in all items of production factory and dormitories. In this project, Ricons commits to complete the project with safety guarantee and highest quality. It is expected that in the third quarter of this year, the work will be handed over to the Owner.
