After the Lunar New Year, right now, the start working spirit on all sites of Ricons from the South to the North has been resumed. Not only quickly catching up with the work, the Project Management Units also intensify forces to inspect the items under construction to ensure the set schedule.
Considered the first “firecracker” in 2020, this morning (February 05) in Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, Ricons held the groundbreaking ceremony to construct tourist villa resort Royal Ruby Villa Mui Ne (Nova Hill Mui Ne). The project is expected to become the leading resort in Than Thiet in the coming time, with a total scale of up to 40ha.

At the project, Ricons is entrusted the role of the general contractor for design and construction (D&B) for all structural, finishing and MEP items. With the long-term experience in the construction field, especially, in resort area, Ricons has persuaded the Investor with outstanding solutions on progress, construction techniques and optimal budget of the project.
Thus, right after the Lunar New Year holiday, Ricons has started 2020 with a new project in the civil – resort field. It is expected that in Quarter I, Ricons will commenced over 10 projects nationwide. This will help strengthen and contribute to maintaining the leading position of Ricons – Top 3 private general construction contractors of Vietnam. At the same time, with the current substantial work sources and active energy, Ricons team believes that we will be able to conquer the new challenges in 2020 in a successful manner.
