RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
After signing many contracts for construction of high-rise buildings as well as industrial factories in recent years, Ricons Company has officially become a construction contractor for many bidding packages at Villa projects (including adjacent villas, duplex/single villas).
Specifically, Ricons and the Investor Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company have entered into a contract to build the exterior structure and completation for more than 250 adjacent and single villas of Venita Park project (District 9, HCMC). It is expected that after 8 months of construction, Ricons will hand over the whole project to the Investor according to the initial commitment.

Also in the past week, Ricons received a Bid Acceptance Letter for the construction of Vinhomes Ocean Park Villa project invested by Vingroup. In the bidding package, Ricons is in charge of building the exterior structure and completation for more than 100 adjacent houses and duplex villas.
