RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Ricons and its investor Thanh Duc Hai Phong Joint Stock Company held the topping-out ceremony for the Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay Hotel project early June 4, 2022 at Dong Hung Thang 1 Residential Area, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.
Located in the heart of Ha Long City, The Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay Hotel holds a strategic location that will undoubtedly make it a popular tourist destination in the forseeable future. The project calculates 2,082 m2 in size, with 16 storeys and 2 basements.
Ricons is the General Contractor in this project, and is responsible both for the building of the core structural system and the installation of the M&E system. In the completion and installation of the MEP, Ricons will go to any length to fulfill its time, quality and safety commitments with the investor.
