RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
This May 27th, Ricons partnered with investor Van Xuan Group to host a solemn topping out ceremony for the Happy One Premier project in District 12, in a location just 10 minutes from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City).
Happy One Premier Thanh Loc is a 3000 m2 apartment project in District 12 that consists of one block with one basement, 19 levels, and one top floor. On this project, Ricons worked as a general contractor.
The Operations Director of Ricons, Mr Ho Van Thao delivered a speech at the ceremony, affirming that the crew of Ricons worked around the clock at the [Happy One Premier] building site right following the establishment of ‘the new normal’ in the assurance that the topping-out ceremony progressed as anticipated. Despite soaring prices of construction supplies causing contractors extreme struggles, Ricons have gone to great lengths to assert the timely completion of the aforementioned topping out phase. This has been due to ceaseless rapport and companionship on the part of Van Xuan Group.
From this point until the success of the project, Ricons is set on its way to devote all of its resources (its manpower, equipment, as well as safety and quality control measures) to bring the long-awaited project to fruition.
