We all need to acquire a certain level of knowledge when engaged in any line of job or industry. In the construction industry, for instance, understanding the scope and significance of the company’s projects, as well as the nature of the job at the construction site, is crucial in general.
Intent on this, starting September, the Ricons Human Resource Management Department will schedule weekly ‘site tours’ for its employees on Saturdays to admire and obtain a deeper understanding of the company’s projects, especially for new employees.
The River Thu Thiem project – supervised by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vang and The Nexus Mr. Nguyen Hoang Khang were the first two stops in the program, taking place on the morning of September 17.
Concerning The River Thu Thiem project, one that is currently being handed over, the construction crew acted as ‘tour guides,’ giving a warm welcome and providing the delegates with a visual overview of such a high-end project, whose selling price has reached up to 8000 USD per square meters.
The center of District 1, The Nexus itself left an equally impression regarding its scale and unique characteristics as a Grade A+ office building project.
This intriguing initiative acted as a conduit for department members to view the projects that Ricons is carrying out. Through the initiative, Ricons holds high hopes that its employees are able to witness with their own eyes and take pride in the professionalism and the high-quality services their company has offered the market.
