RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of March 11, 2022, Ricons cooperated with Gamuda Land (HCMC) to organize the groundbreaking ceremony of Diamond Alnata Plus project – Plot A6a, Celadon City.
The previous packages finished by Ricons have all received high appreciation from Gamuda Land and this is the next project entrusted to Ricons by the owner of the Celadon City project.
The project belongs to the Diamond Alnata Plus division, one of the four most premium divisions of Celadon City, and is considered the cherry on top to perfect the Alnata diamond, prioritizing the maximum convenience of residents and creating a classy urban area with amazing green space in Ho Chi Minh City.

The project covers nearly 150,000 m2 of construction floor area, providing 546 apartments of all kinds and auxiliary facilities.
In this project, Ricons will participate as a general construction contractor, in charge of all structural work, finishing, and water supply and drainage system.
With the distinctive strength and rich experience in the construction of residential apartments and high-rise projects, Ricons is confident to provide another success, meeting the expectations of the project owner.
