As the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026 approaches, Ricons’ Site Management Boards have organized the “Spring of Kindness” program to present Tet gifts to construction workers currently working at Ricons’ project sites nationwide.
The gifts, personally handed to each worker, represent not only material support but also Ricons’ sincere appreciation for the construction workforce who have remained dedicated and committed throughout the year. During the year-end peak period—when project sites operate extended shifts to ensure schedule adherence—the workers’ strong sense of responsibility, resilience, and determination have played a crucial role in maintaining construction momentum and fulfilling key milestones committed to project owners.
At many sites, the gift-giving activities were carried out in a warm and uplifting atmosphere. Representatives of the Site Management Boards extended their New Year greetings and words of encouragement to the workers, recognizing their meaningful contributions on the frontline of construction.
Ricons believes that each gift delivered will serve as a source of motivation, empowering the workforce to welcome the Lunar New Year 2026 with renewed energy and enthusiasm, and to continue accompanying the Company in achieving new milestones in the year ahead.
