Join Ricons as we visit the construction site of the 96-Villa Park Village Project, part of the Vam Co Dong Southgate New Urban Area, located in Ben Luc Commune, Tây Ninh Province.
For this project, Ricons is undertaking the structural works and external finishing package. At present, construction activities are being carried out across multiple phases: Phases 1 and 2 have entered the finishing stage, while Phase 3 is currently undergoing foundation excavation works, creating a dynamic and continuous construction rhythm across the entire site.
With a proactive approach, close progress monitoring, and strict quality control across each work item, the Ricons Site Management Board is working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure the project stays on schedule, contributing to the completion of the villa precinct within the overall Southgate urban development.
