Regarding structural works, the project is currently carrying out construction of the 30th floor structure of Tower A and the basement structure of Tower B. Finishing works are also being accelerated, with masonry works completed up to the 21st floor, while various interior finishing items within the apartments are being implemented in line with the project schedule.
Commenced on August 1, 2024, TT Avio has continued to meet stringent requirements for safety, quality, and progress, earning positive recognition from the Developer. As planned, Tower A is expected to reach its topping-out milestone in June 2026, marking an important achievement in the project’s construction journey.
