On the morning of May 7, 2025, Ricons attended the official inauguration ceremony of AgriS Building, located at 63 Cao Thang Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project commenced in January 2024 and was successfully completed and handed over after more than 12 months of intensive, professional construction. Throughout the process, Ricons strictly adhered to quality standards and earned high praise from the project developer, TTC AgriS.
A key highlight of the project is its achievement of the LEED Gold certification — an internationally recognized green building standard awarded by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This certification reflects the project’s excellence in energy efficiency, use of environmentally friendly materials, and indoor air quality enhancement, aligning with the principles of sustainable development.
As the general contractor, Ricons is proud to have partnered with TTC AgriS in delivering a LEED Gold-standard project. AgriS Building stands as one of the pioneering office towers in Vietnam to integrate this prestigious green building certification, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to sustainable design and construction. With the strategic vision and commitment of TTC AgriS, the building is expected to serve as a benchmark for future circular economy projects in the region.
Stay tuned as we revisit the highlights from the inauguration ceremony and look forward to sharing the final images of the completed project in our next post.
