Vinhomes Ocean Park is currently one of the most outstanding projects of Vingroup in Hanoi. The Project is planned with a total area of up to 420 ha under Singapore green standard urban model. Especially, the main highlight is the central white sand lake of 24.5 ha and 6.1 ha of salt water sea.
On such “large construction site”, Ricons undertakes the construction of 3 towers in Sapphire sub-area and 100 adjacent houses and semi-detached villas. With the speedy construction progress, it is expected that towers will be simultaneously roofed by the end of this year.
