RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the evening of April 9, 2024, Ricons successfully carried out the concrete pouring for the B1 basement floor of the Betrimex Office Building project. Located in a prime location in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, at 63 Cao Thang, Ward 3, District 3, the project marks a significant milestone in urban development.
With high focus and meticulous preparation, the concrete pouring went smoothly and successfully, adhering strictly to the plan set out by the command team. Previously, on March 20, 2024, Ricons had completed the concrete pouring for the L1 floor and the ground floor cap of the project.
The Betrimex project is being constructed on a site spanning 1,028 square meters, comprising 4 basement levels, 14 above-ground floors, and a total constructed floor area of 11,200 square meters. It is developed by Betrimex Company, with Ricons serving as the main contractor. The project, expected to take 14 months to complete, is a testament to Ricons’ capability in executing large-scale constructions.
The Betrimex Office Building is being constructed to meet the Leed Gold standard (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), one of the most prestigious green building certifications, widely recognized for its strict criteria on energy and environmental considerations. Upon completion, the office building will ensure the presence of green spaces, aligning with environmental friendliness and human health.
