RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Following this month’s commencement activities, on the morning of February 20, 2020, Ricons organized a groundbreaking ceremony for the Brotex Fiber Factory Zone C Project – Phase 4 at Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Go Dau District, Tay Ninh Province. This is the fourth project Ricons has started since Lunar New Year.
As the main contractor, Ricons shall undertake the structural construction, finishing and MEP installation for Brotex Fiber Factory Zone C in Phase 4 with a total construction area of more than 55,000 m2. Construction area includes manufacturing workshop area, warehouse, garage, security booth, etc. The expected construction duration is seven months.
Industrial factory construction projects are considered a strength of Ricons owing to its capability to meet every requirement of quality and progress, in particular the most cost-effective technical solutions offered to Developers.
