RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Recently, the Training Center – Human Resources Management Department at Ricons organized a graduation ceremony and awarded certificates of completion for the “Level 2 MEP Senior Supervision” course. The course officially commenced on April 20 and concluded on July 13, 2024, with 20 participants who are MEP supervisors from various departments and construction sites within Ricons.
The program consisted of eight specialized modules, focusing on both technical and practical skills, led by a team of internal instructors including Project Directors, Department Heads, and Project Managers. Over the nearly three months of training, participants were equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to take on the role of MEP Senior Supervisors at future projects.
At the ceremony, Mr. Le Phong Vu – Director of Human Resources Management, Mr. Tran Ngoc Manh – Head of MEP Technical Department, and Mr. Nguyen Hung Van – Head of MEP Procurement and Contracting Department, presented the certificates to the participants, recognizing their hard work and dedication throughout the training program.
