On April 16-17, 2022, Ricons held a team building program for executives in Ho Tram.
The first event in this 2-day program was the Business Performance Review meeting for Quarter 1 of 2022. Executives across the three regions of North, Central and South were present in the program to review the Company’s business results of the first 3 months of the year.
The Q&A part won the attention of attendees, when they had the opportunity to openly and honestly ask questions as well as share constructive comments with the Company’s top management to find better solutions for work.
At the program, the Company’s General Director – Mr. Tran Quang Quan also introduced the vision, mission, core values, business philosophy and development orientations of Ricons for the next five years.
With specific orientations and goals, with the consensus and high determination of the staff, it is firmly believed that Ricons will continue to affirm its position as the leading construction company in Vietnam.
