Amidst the rapid advancements in technology, the approach to and application of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly ChatGPT, has emerged as a crucial trend, yielding high efficiency in work processes. Recognizing this trend, after surveying the needs of its staff, Ricons’ Information Technology (IT) department organized a specialized training titled “Effective Use of Artificial Intelligence” notably the GPT versions from OpenAI, led by Mr. Do Lam Thien, the head of the IT department. The program aimed to provide comprehensive knowledge, from understanding large language models (LLMs) to mastering intelligent communication techniques through practical exercises. The training attracted over 200 Ricons participants both in-person and online.
The program began with an overview of LLMs and their impact on various industries, guiding Ricons’ trainees through the history, structure, and potential of AI. Participants were meticulously instructed on designing and optimizing prompts—input commands that determine the quality of interaction with ChatGPT. By analyzing real-world data and employing in-depth sample questions, the program enhanced participants’ skills in crafting clear, effective, and goal-specific commands.
Particularly, the practical session delved into data analysis and extraction techniques, utilizing visual graphics tools to develop robust interaction models. The training also focused on information security, working with memory, and context management to ensure maximum protection of user data. Finally, participants were introduced to leading AI tools and online courses, broadening their perspective on AI applications across various fields.
With this valuable training program, Ricons’ staff are not only proficient in using ChatGPT but are also equipped to apply it in their daily work, enhancing both efficiency and creativity.
