In the morning of March 25, 2023, the Civil Engineering Department conducted a thorough discussion on defects liability and project handovers as part of the training schedule for the first quarter of 2023.
Mr. Dang Nam Phu from the Department of Construction had an interesting discussion with the staff concerning practical and applied criteria throughout coordination processes. The point of the session was to shed light on typical faults in the process of defect remediation and handover, as well as how to meet quality demand.
This is yet another practical and valuable workshop in construction and MEP supervision, in efforts to better equip Ricons engineers with a more profound understanding how defect liability and handover processes work.
