As a result, training sessions on the topic of Human Resource Management are always focused and scheduled to be held regularly at Ricons, to increase the ability of middle managers’ people management skills.
Ricons Human Resources Management Department conducted a thematic sharing session “HR for non-HR Manager” for Heads & Deputy Heads of Departments, CHT, CHP, and senior professionals on the morning of May 13, 2023, led by Mr. Le Phong Vu – shared the Director of Human Resources.


This training course will guide middle managers on how to analyze human resources in a management capacity properly, standardize job assignments, and evaluate and classify individuals. Fairness, comprehension, and application in training and motivational work are the roadmap for subordinates to develop to their fullest potential.
Mr. Le Phong Vu’s amusing and fascinating stories and examples created a lighthearted atmosphere for the training session. At the same time, the Director of Human Resource Management addressed questions concerning middle management and human resources management.
