RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of November 1, 2023, Ricons’ Board of Directors met with the staff members who had recently finished their two-month probationary period. The meeting featured Mr. Tran Quang Quan – General Director, as well as representatives from the Human Resources Management Department, and over twenty employees who had just finished a two-month probationary period at Ricons, either in person at the company’s headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City or via Zoom at the Hanoi Office Bridge and Eco Central Park.
The meeting started with Mr. Tran Quang Quan giving new hires an overview of the company’s vision, goals, and culture. The General Director also underlined the importance of an equitable and open work environment, which fosters an environment where people can grow professionally at Ricons and capitalize on their skills. During the discussion, Mr. Tran Quang Quan also brought up messages of unity and the significance of the older generation supporting the younger one. Following a two-month probationary period in departments and on building sites, this meeting offered staff members an opportunity to openly discuss with the Board of Directors and the HRM department their experiences and expectations working for Ricons. All parties stated a common resolve to work unanimously under Ricons to accomplish the upcoming goals, as they commit to lifelong learning and self-growth.
After the program, the new hires will take part in training covering three major topics:
– Corporate culture integration
– The significance of quality management systems
– Information Technology (IT) services, utilizing IT resources, and being cognizant of Ricons’ information security.
The Director of Human Resources Management, representatives from the System Department, and representatives from the IT Department each shared their insights on the subjects while materials were provided for further reference. All employees must study these crucial materials in order to maximize productivity at work.
We at Ricons would like to congratulate each and every one of the staff on finishing their probationary term, and officially joining the Ricons family.
