On the morning of July 5, 2023, The Ricons Human Resource Management Department organized an exchange meeting for students from various national universities at the company’s headquarters. These include the University of Technology, HCM University of Architecture, and HCM University of Technical Education.
Future engineers who took part in this program also heard from the Safety Committee about occupational safety awareness, which is the most crucial factor in construction work, as it prepares the staff for a better understanding of the emergency of maintaining security and safety on Ricons projects.
The meeting went well, with the interns responding favorably and in a sincere and cordial manner. It is anticipated that the internship at Ricons will provide them with more hands-on experience in addition to the knowledge that they will have learned from their academic instructors as they prepare to enter the workforce.
