On the morning of August 3, 2022, the Ricons Construction Force Department held ‘The super subcontractor training’ right at the headquarters – a meeting to discuss ways to enhance the professionalism and caliber of the Subcontractor’s Project Leaders/Directors, who are responsible for carrying out Ricons projects directly.
More than 40 managers from the subcontractors participated in the training session both in person and online under the instruction of Mr. Ho Minh Dao, the Construction Force Department Manager.
This program’s objective is to assist directors in comprehending the company’s system of occupational safety and health, as well as the culture of truthful conduct, transparent operation, continuous improvement, and continuous development that characterizes Ricons’ projects. Additionally, these directors will receive training through the program on stringent project criteria, including finances, schedule, scope of work, coordination process, technical needs, and communication skills with stakeholders, investors, and Ricons.
Since these programs were previously only offered individually at construction sites, it may be claimed that this represents an improvement in the training work of Ricons. The centralized training will make sure that all directors participate in order to advance their professional capabilities, and it will also provide an opportunity for the parties to interact and share ideas in order to work as efficiently as possible.
