At Ricons, Construction Safety is not only a key criterion but also a top priority for every employee. It serves as the foundation for ensuring a secure working environment, contributing to the success of each project.

On the morning of November 16, 2024, Ricons Training Center successfully conducted the Level-2 Construction Supervisor Training program with the topic Workplace Safety. The program aimed to enhance awareness and practical skills for the supervisory team, ensuring safe working environments across Ricons’ construction sites.

The training sessions took place simultaneously at the Ho Chi Minh City Office, Hanoi Office, and Eco Central Park project site, attracting over 60 personnel from various projects. The program was led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Xuan – Deputy Head of Safety, Mr. Nguyen Manh Tuong – Deputy Head of Safety, and Mr. Tran Van Tuoi – Human Resources Management Department.

Beyond theoretical knowledge, the training delivered practical lessons on identifying hazards on construction sites, assessing risks, anticipating potential dangerous situations, and implementing effective safety control measures.

The training session not only strengthened the supervisors’ knowledge and skills but also reaffirmed Ricons’ strong commitment to prioritizing workplace safety. It stands as a testament to Ricons’ determination to build safe, sustainable, and efficient working environments across all its projects.
