RICONS ORGANIZES TRAINING PROGRAM FOR CHIEF CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISORS ON “BASIC STRUCTURAL CONSTRUCTION METHODS (FORMWORK – REINFORCEMENT – CONCRETE)”

10/08/2024

Continuously enhancing its training efforts, Ricons organized a Level 2 Chief Construction Supervisor training program in early August 2024, focusing on the specialized topic of “Basic Structural Construction Methods (Formwork – Reinforcement – Concrete)”. This program is a crucial part of Ricons’ ongoing commitment to improving the skills and knowledge for supervisory staff. The training sessions were conducted across the three regions of North, Central, and South Vietnam, led by Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vang – Site Manager, Mr. Tran Van Tuoi – Senior HR Management Specialist, and Mr. Bùi Quang Thai – Head of Technical Construction.

Nearly 60 construction supervisors currently working on Ricons projects participated in the program. The primary objective was to ensure that participants thoroughly grasp the standards for structural construction, enabling them to uphold Ricons’ quality standards, understand the processes involved in constructing basic structural components, and learn how to identify and rectify common errors to minimize defects and optimize project costs. The training content focused on structural quality standards, procedures for reinforcement, formwork, and concrete, along with preparation measures and quality control in construction.

This program not only provided in-depth knowledge but also served as an opportunity for Ricons supervisors working on various projects to network, exchange insights, and enhance their skills to meet the ever-increasing demands of the construction industry. This marks an important step in ensuring that Ricons’ projects consistently achieve the highest quality and meet the expectations of investors.
