RICONS ORGANIZES INTEGRATION TRAINING PROGRAM FOR NEW STAFF IN THE SECOND QUARTER, 2024

On the morning of May 18, 2024, the Human Resource Management Department, in collaboration with various Ricons departments, organized an Integration Training Program for new employees during the second quarter of 2024.

The purpose of the training program is to provide new staff with essential knowledge and skills to help them quickly adapt and grow within Ricons. Notably, the program includes in-depth presentations on the following topics:

1. ISO Training – Presented by Phan Ba Vinh from the Governance Department.
2. Communications Training – Conducted by Tran Phuong Chi from the Communications Department.
3. Occupational Safety Training – Led by Pham Hoan Gia from the HSE Department.

Ricons aims not only to equip its workforce with necessary knowledge but also to create opportunities for new members to interact and learn from experienced personnel. This initiative is designed to help new employees swiftly integrate into the workplace and collectively pursue Ricons’ shared objectives.
