On the morning of March 29, 2025, Ricons held a specialized training program titled “Corporate Finance & Application in Project Financial Management”, aimed at enhancing financial management capabilities for management-level staff, site managers, deputy site managers, quantity surveyors and relevant functional departments involved in cost control.
Designed based on the practical needs of project teams, the program was led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy – Head of Financial Planning, who focused on core topics including:
– Cash flow, accounts receivable/payable and inventory management
– Analysis of balance sheets and profit & loss statements
– Understanding the correlation between project output, revenue and profit
– Hands-on exercises based on real-world construction project scenarios
Over the span of four hours, the session not only equipped participants with fundamental financial knowledge but also emphasized practical application, through case studies and project-based simulations.
In the coming time, Ricons will continue to roll out more in-depth training sessions on corporate finance, financial risk management, and cash flow control. These initiatives aim to build a strong foundation of financial competencies for site leadership teams, moving toward a more professional, efficient, and sustainable project management framework.
