From June to August 2025, Ricons welcomed more than 70 interns – third- and fourth-year students from universities specializing in Construction and Architecture across both the North and South of Vietnam.
Guided by the motto “Learning Goes Hand in Hand with Practice”, Ricons provided interns with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real working environments, from construction sites to specialized departments. This enabled them not only to consolidate their academic knowledge but also to gain deeper insights into their future profession, workplace culture, and the practical demands of the job.
On the morning of August 6, 2025, the Human Resources Department hosted the 2025 Summer Internship Meet-Up at the company’s Ho Chi Minh City headquarters. At the event, Mr. Le Phong Vu – Director of Human Resources – shared practical information on career opportunities at Ricons, covering job positions, career development pathways, benefits, and the skills and knowledge required to prepare for future career journeys.

Following this, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai – Human Resources Department – delivered an insightful session on work management skills, helping students better understand how to organize tasks effectively in a professional construction environment.
