On March 14, 2025, Ricons organized the First Aid Training Program for nearly 100 personnel, including Project Manager, Deputy Project Managers and safety officers from Southern project sites. The training, conducted in compliance with Circular 19/2016/BYT, aimed to equip participants with essential first aid knowledge and emergency response skills in occupational safety management.
Key training topics included:
– Emergency response for cardiac arrest, airway obstruction, stroke, and seizures;
– Injury management, including bleeding, sprains, fractures, spinal injuries, and safe casualty transportation;
– Hands-on practice using CPR mannequins, defibrillators, and other medical training equipment.
Regular training enhances awareness and preparedness, ensuring a safer working environment for all employees. This initiative underscores Ricons’ commitment to fostering a safe, professional, and responsible workplace.
On this month, The First Aid Training Program will continue at project sites across Northern Vietnam.
