Recently, the Human Resources Management Department of Ricons organized a site visit program for Ricons interns at two projects: Akari Hoang Nam – Block F and Betrimex. The program aimed to provide interns with real-world experience of different stages of project development.

At each site, the interns were warmly welcomed by the project management team, who openly shared details about the project implementation process and guided them through the ongoing construction areas. Representatives from the Construction Engineering Department also accompanied the program to address any technical questions and construction methods related to the projects.
The site visits and hands-on experiences are hoped to give future engineers a comprehensive understanding of construction and project management processes. This opportunity also allows them to learn valuable and practical lessons from the on-site engineers. Such knowledge and real-world experiences will form a solid foundation, helping future engineers gain confidence as they enter the profession.
We hope that programs like these, which offer site visits and real-world experiences, will continue to be organized, bringing significant benefits to students and interns, and contributing to the growth of the construction industry and Ricons.
