On February 21, 2025, Ricons Training Center successfully conducted a specialized training session on Software for Automated Tile Wastage Control, attracting 14 participants from various departments and construction sites. Internal trainer Mr. Nguyen Anh Quoc (CCM Department) led the session, sharing valuable insights and hands-on experience to help trainees adopt new technology in material management.
The training aimed to equip participants with a deep understanding of the causes of material wastage in tile installation, while also providing hands-on guidance on applying digital solutions based on CAD technology for automated calculations, wastage control, and cost optimization. Through the program, attendees learned how to synchronize data between departments and construction sites, improving procurement management and collaboration with contractors. Notably, the practical exercises on real-world project drawings allowed trainees to directly operate the software, enhancing their ability to integrate technology into daily work operations.
The session received highly positive feedback, marking a significant step forward in leveraging technology for material control, contributing to cost efficiency and improved project execution. This initiative further underscores Ricons’ commitment to continuous innovation, embracing cutting-edge technology in construction management and execution.
