RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of May 24, 2024, the Ricons Training Center organized a specialized training session titled “Planning and Organizing the Completion of High-Rise Buildings”. This session is the second installment in the “Completion Management Training 2024” program, which runs from May to September 2024.
This program aims to train and develop a specialized management team in the completion of construction projects, while also fostering open and innovative thinking in the field of construction project management. The session was simultaneously conducted in two classes at the Southern headquarters office and the Hanoi representative office.
As internal instructors, Mr. Lê Trong Vien and Mr. Nguyễn Ngoc Vang, Site Managers, shared practical experiences, providing Ricons trainees with a comprehensive view of the stages of planning and construction management. This includes managing the site, progress, personnel, and risk assessment throughout the project implementation process.
Training Session No. 02 – “Planning and Organizing the Completion of High-Rise Buildings,” specifically, and the entire “2024 Completion Management Training” program, in general, not only enhance the project supervision and on-site construction management capabilities of commanders and supervisors but also elevate Ricons’ capacity in organizing the completion of projects undertaken by the company.
