On the morning of July 8th, 2023, Ricons held a seminar on “Characters and core competencies for middle managers” with Mr. Tran Ngoc Manh, Head of M&E Engineering Department as the keynote speaker. Middle managers, team leaders, and supervisors of the firm are the core audience for this training.
The session entails quality contents that target:
– an understanding of fundamental requirements and guidelines for creating win-win relationships.
