On the morning of May 28, Ricons’ Department of Human Resources Management successfully conducted a training program on the topic ‘Four Principles Of Practice,’ presented by Mr. Nguyen Sy Cong, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The company’s Board of Directors, Project Directors, Departmental Deputy Heads, and Project Managers were all present at this training session.
The practice of defining objectives, plans, and strategies is a cornerstone for enterprises. What matters is how to collaborate in order to implement the best plans and strategies. The leadership’s purpose of assisting the organization in achieving its common goals is also highly significant.
In today’s hectic work environment, the department of strategies continues to struggle with being adaptable in the execution process while juggling between major objectives and emergent day-to-day tasks.
Through the training session, leadership and management staff were equipped with brainstorming stages, methods, and the introduction of the “4 DX / 4 DX Operating System” to effectively manage the process of implementation, as well as install and promote the “Culture Of Effective Execution” among teams, particularly those directly operating key projects.
