RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Ricons’ Human Resources Department held a seminar titled “LOSS AND WASTE – CAUSES, SOLUTIONS, AND MEASUREMENTS” on March 4, 2023, led by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, Operations Director. This program was attended by the Board of Management, as well as managers and staff from departments and construction sites.
At the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam summarized the causes of loss and waste in construction work, equipment management, and personnel management, as well as proposed solutions to tackle this issue.
Furthermore, construction sites and departments should regularly review and implement waste reduction solutions in production and business activities, as well as develop specific work processes.
Besides, each employee must take this issue seriously, be creative, and constantly improve in their work to ensure that savings are accompanied by high efficiency. Cost saving is no longer just a campaign or a call to action; it is now the responsibility of each and every staff, construction site, and department within the company.
As it covered a practical and highly applicable topic at work, Nguyen Thanh Tam’s sharing session was well received by the attendees. The Board of Management and all levels of management also actively contributed ideas and solutions to this issue.
