RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
The topping-out ceremony for the Imperia Smart City project, which included the body structure construction and preliminary completion of building P6, was hosted by Ricons on September 1st in the morning.
This project, constructed on planning plots F4-CH03, F4-CH04, and F4-CH05 in Tay Mo ward, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi, is one of the most sought-after subdivisions of Vinhomes Smart City, also known as the first premium living complex of the metropolis.
The project is the product of joint efforts from Ricons and HBI Joint Stock Company – the investor, developed by MIK Corporation. In this project, Ricons is responsible for the establishment of P6’s body structure and preliminary finishing. The project’s size includes one basement, 38 levels, and 699 living units altogether. Construction space totals 184,700 m2, basement excluded.
The construction of Imperia Smart City’s Block P6 (I2) has been in operation since November 2021. After 11 months of admirable work, construction has been carried out according to schedule while meeting all safety and quality requirements and earning the investor’s high praise. This milestone is a testament to Ricons’ capabilities and professionalism, as well as to the crew’s passion and hard work.
The General Director also presented two certificates to the project management board in the previous quarter, noting that the site has ‘excellent achievements in project quality assurance in the second quarter and ‘has excellent achievements in safety and occupational hygiene.’
As the project moves towards the concluding stage, the board is expected to go out of its way to bring it to timely completion.
Delivery of Imperia Smart City – Block P6 (I2) to the investor is expected to take place on May 2023.
