RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On January 10, 2023, Ricons successfully held the Topping-out Ceremony for Tower C of the West Gate Project in Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The project started in December 2021. After exactly 12 months of diligent work, Tower C has been successfully topped off and is now entering the finishing phase.
Also, the taking-over phase is about to begin for Towers A and B, while Tower D is currently being finished.
TOWER C’S INFORMATION SUMMARY:
– Tower C includes 2 blocks C1 and C2. Each block includes one basement and 20 floors, having an area of 1300m2 with 14 apartment units per floor.
The project is expected to be handed over to the employer in the third quarter of 2023.
