On the afternoon of December 22, 2022, The Nexus project steering committee held a ceremony to mark the completion of the roof structure at T1 Tower.
By June 2022, thanks to the efforts of all members of the steering committee, the project has completed the basement construction, and up to now, after 6 months of dedicated work with quality resources, The Nexus has officially completed the roof structure of T1 Tower, two months ahead of schedule, and will now enter the finishing stage.
T1 Tower is expected to be finished in 6 months, while T2 Tower is expected to be topped out in the first quarter of 2023.
Ricons’ work at The Nexus, as supervised by MACE as the supervising consultant, constantly adheres to strict safety and quality standards, and has received positive feedback from the project owner Refico.
The project is an international-standard Grade A+ office complex located on Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, near the Metro line, with stringent construction requirements.
