On the morning of December 30, Ricons held a basement topping-out ceremony for Akari Hoang Nam Lot F’s mixed-use area.
The project began on June 29, 2022. The tower areas have been built up to the third and fourth floors after exactly 6 months, while the Podium area is now in its final steps of the basement’s topping-out work.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
This project is co-developed by Nam Long Group and two Japanese employers, Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad.
Ricons is the General Contractor on this project (in charge of structuring, finishing and M&E for the basement, body and technical infrastructure, as well as internal landscape).
The project’s scale includes four towers, each with one basement, 29 floors, and a ladder roof; the total number of apartments is 1690, with a total floor area of 203,000m2.
