On the morning of July 18, 2025, Ricons, in collaboration with developer Nam Long and Nishi Nippon Railroad, solemnly held the commencement ceremony for the Solaria Rise high-rise apartment complex – a project marking the next milestone in completing the product ecosystem of the 355-hectare Waterpoint integrated township in the western gateway of Ho Chi Minh City.

Located at the “heart” of the Waterpoint township (Ben Luc, Tay Ninh), Solaria Rise was developed by Nam Long and its strategic partner, Nishi Nippon Railroad of Japan – a corporation with over 100 years of experience. The 3.1-hectare project comprised four towers ranging from 8 to 17 floors, offering nearly 700 apartments with a variety of options from studios to three-bedroom units. Notably, the project pioneered the application of the international EDGE green living standard, focusing on energy efficiency, environmental protection, and enhancing quality of life
