RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Early this June 29, 2022, Ricons joined hands with Nam Long Investor to hold the formal groundbreaking ceremony for the expansive Lot F – Akari Hoang Nam project. Akari City – “City of Light,” is a huge undertaking that Nam Long and two Japanese investors, Hankyu Hanshin and Nishi Nippon Railroad, are collaborating on.
The project sits at 77 Vo Van Kiet Avenue, An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District, right at the western entrance to HCM City.
The scope of the project covers four towers, each of which includes 30 floors, a basement, and 1690 apartments, spreading across a total floor space of 203,000m2.
To provide residents with the finest modern living experience, Akari City’s collection of apartments features elegant Japanese-style design and quality that keeps getting better. Investor Nam Long has confidence in Ricons to award the contract for the General Contractor position on this project (from structuring, finishing, and M&E installation for the tunnel, to body and technical infrastructure, and interior landscaping).
