RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
On the morning of October 5, 2022, the groundbreaking ceremony for the low-rise housing project Duong Noi New Urban Area, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, was held thanks to cooperation between Ricons and the investor Nam Cuong Group.
This undertaking involves Ricons as a general contractor. For roughly 200 homes in subdivision B of the Duong Noi new urban area in Hanoi’s Ha Dong district, Ricons is responsible for the building of the foundation, rough construction, and exterior finishing. The project has a total floor area of 80,000 m2, and is due to complete within 6.5 months.
