RICONS CONSTRUCTION INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
In the morning of May 12, 2019, Ricons celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony for The Signial project at Hoang Quoc Viet Street, Phu Thuan Ward, District 7. This is a package of The Garden Bay project invested by ANGIA Group, in which Ricons holds the role of General Contractor for Design & Build.
Total construction area of the project is up to 104,000 m², including 2 Signial tower blocks with 2 basements and 33 floors. Construction period is within 29 months.
It is known that Ricons is currently building Sky 89 tower and 2 River Panorama towers of The Garden Bay project of ANGIA Group. Therefore, taking on the Signial project this time demonstrates the high trust from the Investors for Ricons. Certainly, with the combination of the Investor’s prestige and the construction capacity of Ricons, the project will bring the perfect experience to customers in the future.
