Ricons had its groundbreaking ceremony for the Ocean Valley Tourism Complex, with a package deal of nearly 300 villas in subdivision 5.6

Early May 17th, Ricons conducted the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Ocean Valley Tourism Complex project (Novaworld Phan Thiet).

NovaWorld Phan Thiet is a key project that Novaland is implementing in Binh Thuan province, with a scale of 1,000 hectares across 7 kilometers of shoreline, and Ricons continues to be trusted by the Investor regarding the awarding of the contract, confirming Ricons’ continuous participation in this long-awaited project.

Construction kicked off at 194 Lac Long Quan Street in Phan Thiet City’s Tien Thanh Commune.

As part of the package deal, Ricons is building nearly 300 low-rise villas in subdivision 5.6 of the Ocean Valley KDL complex project, which includes structural construction, basic finishing, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP).

The project is expected to take 7.5 months until its completion.
